Although children under the age of three have been assigned from Taiwan in the past, this program accepts only families who are willing and able to adopt children over the age of three (3) years. This program is ideal for parents able and willing to accept older children, sibling groups, and children born to drug-addicted parents. Waiting families are provided with extensive socio-dynamic and medical reports as well as a variety of photos.
