Why the Taiwan Adoption Program?
For many years, Taiwan has run excellent and child-centered permanency programs. HIC is proud to offer a child-placement program in cooperation with a number of excellent and well-respected non-profit social service organizations in Taipei and the surrounding areas. Prospective adoptive parents of the Taiwan program will enjoy the excellent information about waiting children and care provided to those children. This program is best suited for families who are interested in children three years old and older and/or for special needs children although occasionally HIC places children under three.
